Best Ways to use Raka Spice Rubs

How to make a Wet Rub

Adding a little olive oil or Worcestershire also helps the spices stick to your meat. When you mix your Raka Spice Rub with a bit of olive oil or Soy sauce, make a thick paste and then coat it on your meat evenly.Wet rubs are more likely to seep into the meat's juices than dry rubs.

How to make a Marinade

To make a Raka Spice Rub Marinade, simply add olive oil and Lemon Juice to your Raka spice mix. Cover the meat completely in the marinade. Let your poultry, meat, seafood, or vegetables refrigerate in a covered container for at least 20 minutes or overnight. (For fish and scallops, marinate for no more than 15 minutes or they may become mushy).

See our Recipes for more marinading ideas.
